Would you please translate your blog into German because I’m not so comfortable reading it in English? I’m getting tired of using Google Translate all the time, there is a little WordPress plugin called like global translator which will render all your articles by default- this will make reading articleson your awesome blog even more comfortable. Oh good! Haha….it’s funny how we get in a routine of doing things. I go on to check the updates every other day or so….and I was getting worried something may have happened to you. Congrats on moving! I’m sure that will open up a whole new set of food experiences!

Hey there! We’ve actually been in the process of moving… to San Francisco!! So there wasn’t much cooking while all the pots and pans were packed away. I have a few blog posts saved up though and I keep meaning to get something fresh posted… I haven’t quit AHB, just haven’t had a minute to write. I’ll get back on the wagon soon!

I’m not one to call food sexy, but this is a sexy dish. The were asking about the sexiest food on Serious Eats earlier in the week and I think this fits the bill perfectly. If only I wasn’t in a Biggest Loser contest at the moment.

With regards to cracking, I suggest you put a shallow pan filled with about 3/4 of an inch of hot water on the bottom rack of the oven. This will prevent cracking. Someone suggested putting the springform pan in water. I would think it would leak into the cake.
